What does Uber Greenlight Hub do? ›

With over 700 locations worldwide, Uber's Greenlight Hubs (GLH) provide in-person support for driver-partners for everything from account and payment issues to vehicle inspections and driver onboarding.

Greenlight Hubs are closed until further notice

To protect the community, as well as the Uber customer support experts who help them every day, we are temporarily closing all Greenlight Hubs in the US and Canada until further notice.

Come to our Greenlight Hub to get support by our trained Experts. Please bring your passport, driving licence, bank statement, national insurance number and a Utility bill (no older than 3 months). These will be used to submit your background check.

This is a virtual onboarding course that helps you familiarise with the Uber app and its features. It is necessary that you complete the course. After that, you'll be given a link to book an Onboarding appointment at your local Greenlight Hub to complete your onboarding process.
