How to sign in to your myTCC Email on a computer or device.
Instructions
To sign in to yourmyTCC email, visit the Outlook Web Access page from a browser on a computer,or add your account to the Outlook app on your phone or tablet.
When adding your myTCC email account, please be sure to enter your full TCC email address, which isyour.username@my.tccd.edu and your network password. Once you are signed in, you can check your mail, send new messages, view your calendar, and more.
When you add an account to the Outlook app, you can sign in to the app using that account. You can also add multiple accounts to the app and switch among them.
Computer
Web-client - PC and Mac
- On your computer, open your browser -TCCpreferred browser is Microsoft Edge
- Go toOutlook Web Access
- Click the Sign inin the upper right corner
- Enter your TCCaccount email and password
- If you are already signed in to another Outlook account, (i.e. Faculty members with both @my.tccd.edu and @tccd.eduaccount, or a personal Outlook account)
- Click your display image in the upper right corner >Sign in with a different account >Pick an account, OR Use another account > Enter email and password
Tip:If you are signing in to a public computer, make sure to sign out before leaving the computer.
PC Desktop App
- Open your Outlook app
- Enter your TCCaccount email and password
- If you are already signed in to another Outlook account, (i.e. Faculty members with both @my.tccd.edu and @tccd.eduaccount, or a personal Outlook account)
- Click your display image in the upper right corner >+Add an account >Enter email and password
Mac
- Launch System Preferences
- Click Internet Accounts
- To add a new email, click the "+" button at the bottom of the list, and then click on Microsoft Exchange
- Enter your myTCC email and password in the pop up, clickNext
- Once you're signed in, you'll have the option to choose which features to link to your email. If you just want Mail, disable the other features like Contacts and Calendar, and click "Done."
Be sure you have set up Authenticator access
- On your iOSphone or tablet, download the Microsoft Outlook app from the App Store
- Open the Outlook app,TapGet Startedif this is your first time.
- Otherwise, Tap your image in the upper-left corner >Settings>Mail Accounts>Add Mail Account
- Type your TCCemail address, click Add Account
- Authenticate through the Authenticator app
- Select whether you would like to add another account -most will select Maybe Later
- There may be a notification that the app needs to restart, select Ok
- Reopen the app, hit Ok to dismiss the notification
- Select your notification preferences
- After your account is added, you will remain signed in to the app
Android Device
Be sure you have set up Authenticator access
- On your Android phone or tablet, download the Outlook app from the Play Store
- TapGet Startedif this is your first time.
- Otherwise, to add another email account, open theMenu >Settings>Add Account>Add Email Account
- Outlook may offer to detect your Google accounts.TCCis no longer supporting Google integration products, tapSkip
- Enter your TCC email address, then tapContinue.
- Enter your password and tapSign InorNext.
- If multi-factor authentication is enabled, verify your identity
- After your account is added, you will remain signed in to the app
iOS Device
Be sure you have set up Authenticator access
- On your iOSphone or tablet, download the Microsoft Outlook app from the App Store
- Open the Outlook app,TapGet Startedif this is your first time.
- Otherwise, Tap your image in the upper-left corner >Settings>Mail Accounts>Add Mail Account
- Type your TCCemail address, click Add Account
- Authenticate through the Authenticator app
- Select whether you would like to add another account -most will select Maybe Later
